Mental Health Hub is a free WhatsApp community. This privacy policy explains what we collect, what we don't, and how we handle your information.

We don't:
You can join the WhatsApp group with any name you want. You don't have to use your real identity. Other members will only know what you choose to share.
That said, WhatsApp itself operates under Meta's privacy policy — we don't control that. If anonymity is critical to you, consider using a separate phone number or WhatsApp account for the group.
This website is hosted on Vercel. Messages in the WhatsApp group are end-to-end encrypted by WhatsApp (we can't read them even if we wanted to).
We're not storing your data because we're not collecting it in the first place.
You can leave the WhatsApp group at any time. Your messages will remain visible in the group chat history, but you'll no longer be a member.
If you want something removed, message an admin in the group and we'll do our best to help.
If we update this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and post a notice in the WhatsApp group.
If you have questions about privacy, ask in the WhatsApp group or reach out via the site.
TL;DR: We're not tracking you. The WhatsApp group shows what you choose to share. You can leave anytime. That's it.
